  • Brick-and-Mortar purchases are exchanged/credited at the physical store.*
  • Items damaged in shipping will be refunded after the item/packaging is presented for a claim.

The Detailed Version:

We have designed a flexible exchange policy that supports our artists and offers our customers the opportunity to exchange a purchase for an item that is a better fit for their lifestyle. Our exchange policy is the same at both our online store and our brick-and-mortar store. For over 20 years, our policy has been the same and has stood the test of time as an ethical business practice. We proudly represent artists and mom-and-pop small companies. Because most of our items are one-of-a-kind or created in limited quantities, we cannot offer refunds. The makers simply cannot afford to sustain a 30-day refund cycle. That is why we - The STUFF Sisters - offer you an exchange at our stores for almost any item (see exceptions below) for up to 30 days. And, if you cannot find an item to replace your original purchase, we will gladly issue you a store credit that can be used for a full year from the date of issue.

The Actual Policy (found on your receipts):

EXCHANGE ONLY! NO REFUNDS! We cannot offer a refund on any sale. You may exchange any item for product and/or a store credit within 30 days of the date of purchase, with the exception of original works of art, furniture, discounted items, seasonal/holiday decorations, rugs, free gifts, special and/or custom orders, and any other product specifically marked as a final sale item. The original sales or gift receipt is required on ALL exchanges. All sale and/or markdown items are final sales. No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. All items must be in their original condition. Used items cannot be exchanged. All jewelry items are sold with a tracking tag; once this tracking tag is removed, your jewelry item can no longer be exchanged.

*Transferring a Credit:

If you would like to transfer your store credit from the online store to our brick-and-mortar store (or vice versa), please submit your request through our Contact page and we will happily process your transfer, normally within 4 business days. You will receive an email notice with detailed information when your transfer is complete.
