Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE ONLY. Receipt required. NO REFUNDS. Exchanges must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Original art, custom/special orders, holiday decor, and furniture are all FINAL SALES. Exchanged items must be in their original condition, unused, and unworn.

  • Items damaged in shipping will be refunded after the item/packaging is presented for a claim at the shipping provider.

We have designed a flexible exchange policy that supports our artists and offers our customers the opportunity to exchange a purchase for an item that is a better fit for their lifestyle. Our exchange policy is the same at both our online store and our brick-and-mortar store. For over 20 years, our policy has been the same and has stood the test of time as an ethical business practice. We proudly represent artists and mom-and-pop small companies. Because most of our items are one-of-a-kind or created in limited quantities, we cannot offer refunds. The makers simply cannot afford to sustain a 30-day refund cycle. That is why we - The STUFF Sisters - offer you an exchange at our stores for almost any item (see exceptions below) for up to 30 days. And, if you cannot find an item to replace your original purchase, we will gladly issue you a store credit that can be used for a full year from the date of issue.
