Necklace - Pearl and Turquoise "Pendant Charms" on Leather with Sterling

This adjustable necklace is completely handmade by a Kansas artist. It features a handmade sterling "slider clasp". Featuring natural, free form pearls hand-knotted on leather cording. Each element is unique. You can adjust this piece to be worn at different lengths and trim the leather if needed to create a perfect fit for you.

This artist's handiwork is characterized by unexpected combinations and unique designs. Her work is known for being organic, natural, and has a rough-hewn look and feel. This accomplished artist creates her sterling, gold, brass, and copper pieces from scratch. That means she smelts, pours, forms, and decorates each piece of metal herself. Each piece starts with the metal in its liquid form. The process can be labor some, but it results in a pure metal that is strikingly rugged, pure, and authentic.
