Machine-Washable Rugs...

Our rug designer has taken her most popular rug weaves and translated them into chic, machine-washable rugs. The rugs are soft underfoot, spill-proof, water-resistant, and stain-resistant. They have an anti-slip backing and the top has a very low, smooth pile (soft to the touch). Great for homes with pets, kids, busy families. Perfect for high-traffic areas like entryways, mudrooms, and kitchens. These rugs feature color matched serging and an anti-slip grip TPR backing.

  • Machine washable
  • 100% Polyester
  • Machine made
  • Indoor use only
  • Color matched serging on all 4 sides
  • Backing material: TPR anti-slip grip
  • Low pile
  • Designed in Massachusetts USA
  • Committed to Fair Labor practices
  • High traffic friendly

Please Note:
Due to the handmade nature, variations in color & slight variations in size are expected.
If your rug arrives folded, it may take up to two weeks for any creases to relax.

Care Instructions:
Vacuum regularly to clean up dirt and debris. Rug sizes 5'x8' and smaller are machine washable at home. Use a standard 4.2+ cubic feet or larger washer machine. Wash separately using cold water and a mild detergent; do not bleach. Hang or lay flat to dry; do not machine dry. Due to size, we recommend either spot cleaning rug sizes 6'x9' and 8' x10' and/or washing them in an extra-large capacity washing machine 5.0 cubic feet or larger. These rugs can also be professionally cleaned.

  • Recycling keeps materials out of landfills and gives them new life.
  • E.T. fibers have upcycled more than 52 million water bottles into performance rugs so far.
  • Natural jute and sisal rugs are from all-natural, biodegradable, and sustainable plant fibers.
  • Natural wool rugs are made with fair labor practices and sustainably sourced sheep's wool.
  • Our decorative pillow inserts are sourced in accordance with the IFDL (International Down & Feather Laboratory) Down Standard for animal welfare and traceability.
  • And, another fun fact... In Uttar Pradesh, India, Annie Selke Designs helped establish a rug-making facility exclusively for female employees to create economic empowerment for women.
