Tequila is often served as a shot with salt and lime. This is sometimes referred to as training wheels. The drinker licks salt, drinks the tequila, and then quickly bites a lime. The salt lessens the burn of the tequila while the lime balances and enhances the flavor of the alcohol. Cheers!

Each figurative glass ornament produced by Old World Christmas is hand crafted in an age-old tradition using the same techniques that originated in the 1800's. Molten glass is mouth-blown into finely carved molds made exclusively for Old World Christmas, then a hot solution of liquid silver is poured inside. The ornaments are then hand-painted and glittered in a series of labor-intensive steps to achieve the beautiful creations.

Each ornament features the metal gold heart with the Old World Christmas artist mark.
